Biochar

A little history about BIOCHAR

In Amazonia, a great agricultural civilization enhanced poor endemic forest soils with terra preta, (otherwise known as the first biochar), to feed tens of thousands of people.

Today, sustainable growers around the world are rediscovering the value of organic soil enhancers such as biochar as the world struggles under climate change, environmental degradation (in particular our soils), and human poverty.
